Request StampChat Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your StampChat Wallet account and associated personal information without reinstalling the StampChat app.

Email privacy@stampchat.co.za from the email address linked to your Wallet account. If you sign in using WhatsApp, include the WhatsApp number linked to your account. Please use the subject line "StampChat account deletion request".

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

We will verify your identity before processing the request. Deleting an account removes your identifying account information, loyalty history, vouchers and push-notification subscription or device token. Active vouchers and unredeemed rewards will be invalidated.

We may retain limited information where necessary for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, accounting, audit or legal purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
